Oddly, there is no number 26 but two number 25s!
This seems to be a genuine error from the printers.
The first number 25 was issued for the Leicester City game on 17th March 1973. The second was issued for the Birmingham City game on 31st March.
The following home game against Chelsea on 14th April then corrected the numbering to 27.
